"Helping people is the number one reason anyone chooses this profession, and even though it’s a total cliché, it's completely accurate. The rewards that come from being a first responder, whether it be a fire or a medical emergency, are so fulfilling. I can't imagine any other career for me.
I have three amazing dogs, all of which are completely spoiled and the center of our family. Boki is my oldest, next is Koda, and last but not least is Niko. I love that all three of them have their own unique personalities. Boki is somewhat independent but never gets too far away from me. She has to always be able to see me. Koda is my little lover, always wanting attention and doesn't take no for an answer. And Niko is full of energy and always up for going for a walk or playing ball. She likes to stay busy and that keeps me active as well.
I chose to rescue because I wanted to give a dog in need of a home a better life. I knew I had a lot of love to offer, which at the end of the day is all they really need... and treats of course!"
